David DeMarco, MS, LMHCA, CAMF, CMHS, DMHS

I use an humanistic person-centered approach with a foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

I work with those in recovery from addiction to develop coping skills from underlying trauma, depression, or other co-occurring mental health issues. I am also a certified intimate partner violence victim’s advocate and an anger management treatment provider.

I have specialized training in Exposure Therapy modalities that are proven an effective treatment for trauma and specific training on exposure methods for combat-related PTSD.

I work with adolescents, adults, couples and families.

My goal is to treat the entire individual by helping them recognize their skills, strengths, and abilities to reach their own full potential. This can be done not only by treating symptoms but by working on each individual’s core needs.

Leslie DeMarco, MS, LMHC

I primarily use an integrative humanistic approach with a foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

I specialize in working with teens and young adults that may be struggling with mood regulation, finding a sense of self, out of control anxiety, difficulty with interpersonal relationships, self-harm, or frequent suicidal thoughts. DBT with both the teen and their parent, family member, or adult caregiver is proven to be an effective therapeutic method to learn Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness.

My experience includes promoting healing for those experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, mood dysregulation such as bipolar disorder or
Borderline Personality Disorder, replacing self-harm with positive coping mechanisms, reducing symptoms of trauma and PTSD, and concerns specific to the LGBTQ+ community. I have worked with adults of all ages, children, adolescents, couples, and families.
