“It’s so important to be able to validate who we are as people and be able to go forward from there. People put conditions on their happiness and get stuck. I am here to not only listen but be present and witness without judgment, and then guide you using your chosen model, whether it’s structured DBT or CBT, or an integrated method that meets you where you are.”

I’m here to help you figure out what you need and put together a plan that feels possible.”
